Qn: Can we ask for less salt, oil and no msg for the tingkat food?

Ans: Our chefs cook with less salt, less oil and no added MSG.

Qn: What is the mode of payments accepted by the company?

Ans: We accept Cash/Cheques payments. For cash/cheques, payment has to be made via the first day of delivery to our delivery staff.
For Cheque payment is to be made payable to Chu Wei San Tong Food Holdings Pte Ltd
Credit card payment is only through online payment when submitting order.  The preferred payment mode for 10 days trial orders is Credit Card Payment.

Qn: Will there be any invoice issued to me once I have made the order?

Ans: A copy of an invoice & menu will be issued to you on the first day of delivery and collect full payment either by cash or cheque. We will issue receipt for your payment and pass it to you the next working day.

Qn: Can I terminate if the food is not suitable for me?

Ans: There will be no refund for early termination prior to expiry of the tingkat cycle.

Qns: Can I ask for replacement meals if I am unable to eat the tingkat on certain days while I am on 10 days trial?

Ans: There will not be any replacement meal given. Replacement meal is only for customers who are on 20 days cycle.

Qn: I do not have the tingkat  menu, where can I see it?

Ans: Please refer to our tingkat menu in this URL;

Qn: When will my tingkat expire?

Ans: The expiry date is written on the physical invoice issued upon payment. For customers on 20 days cycle, with replacement meals to be given by the end of the cycle, you may call and check the dates with us @ 67439383.

Qn: How many maximum replacement meals can I get if I am on the 20 days cycle?

Ans: 5 days.

Qn: What is the delivery timing for lunch and dinner?

Ans: For lunch, 10am – 12.30pm, latest by 1pm depending on location and on traffic condition. For dinner, 2.30pm – 6.30pm, latest by 7pm depending on location and on traffic condition.

Qn: Can I customised the food to be excluded from my tingkat food?

Ans: Sorry there’s no personal customization of tingkat menu food. We only accept No Chilli, No Curry, No Seafood, No Pork at the moment.

Qn: Do you serve vegetarian food for tingkat?

Ans: Sorry we do not serve vegetarian food at this moment.

Qn: How can we contact Chu Wei San Tong regarding Tingkat service?

Ans: You can contact us via our Contact Us form or call us during office hours (Mon-Fri between 9am – 6pm)

Qn: If I wish to extend/terminate my Tingkat Service, how can I go about doing it?

You can drop us an email with regards to your termination of tingkat service.

For Renewal of service

For cash/cheques orders, you can let us know in advance of your extend of service via our Contact Us Form
For extend of tingkat service whom wish to pay by credit card, you can submit your new order online and made payment via our online credit card payment gateway (Paypal).

HIGHLIGHTED COMPULSORY AGREEMENTS BEFORE SUBMITTING THE TINGKAT ORDER

* Pls note that Chu Wei San Tong Tingkat Services adhere to all these conditions strictly. We hope to seek your agreement and understanding before commiting to each tingkat cycle.

Trial 10 Days Cycle
1)     No change is allowed to meal type (3 Dishes + 1 Soup / 4 Dishes) , and no. of pax, special instructions, etc, once order is submitted.
2)     No replacement meal or refund for request for non-delivery.
3)     Last minute request for non-delivery is strictly not allowed. For last minute requests, we will proceed with delivery, or cancel the delivery with no refund. For non-delivery, please call us with at least 2 working days’ notice (Working days: Mon-Fri only.   Sat, Sun and Public Holidays are not included).
(E.g If non-delivery is on a 5 Sep 11 (Mon), pls call us on 1 Sep 11 (Thur) to inform).
4)     Strictly no refund for early termination of tingkat services.
5)     Call us at least 3 working days before tingkat expiry date (stated in invoice) to inform us of your decision to terminate tingkat services or renew for 20 days. If no instructions given from customers until 1 working day before date of expiry, we will proceed with auto-renewal for 20 days cycle (should you call us to terminate the auto-renewed cycle with immediate effect, there will be a $20 admin charge on top of full payment for the auto-renewed cycle with strictly no refund).

20 Days Cycle

4)     Maximum of 5 replacement meals for non-delivery will be given at the end of the current tingkat cycle, and this is only applicable for customers who provide early notification.
5)     Call us at least 3 working days before tingkat expiry date (stated in invoice) to inform us of your decision to terminate tingkat services or renew for 20 days. If no instructions given from customers until 1 working day before date of expiry, we will proceed with auto-renewal for 20 days cycle (should you call us to terminate the auto-renewed cycle with immediate effect, there will be a $20 administrative charge on top of full payment for the auto-renewed cycle with strictly no refund).
